We released our vehicle to you by telling you it was ready for pick-up in Portland, Oregon on the 5th of December. You picked up our Mercedes on the 6th and it was delivered to our home in Las Vegas, NV on the evening of the 8th.
The truck driver Doug was great and was extremely concerned that we were happy with our experience with your company. He picked up the car at a dealership in Portland and they were the ones that called us to tell us the car was on the way. They also mentioned that Doug had gone over the car thoroughly and made notes on even the slightest blemishes on the vehicle at the time of pick-up.
A few years ago I used one of your competitors to move a classic car form San Antonio, TX to Vegas. It took 20 days and most of that time they were not sure where my car was. I will recommend you to everyone I can and I will use you again in the future.
By the way, you were very competitively priced...
