• PICK-UP: I was originally promised a pick-up window between April 4 and April 7. I was told the company would contact me with a specific date. No one ever called me, and my calls were put off to the next day. Only on April 8, after 4-5 days of repeated phone calls and after I threatened to change to a different carrier, did they finally schedule service for me on April 9. • TRANSPORT: I was told to expect a window of 7-14 days for transit time. My car arrived on April 30, 7 days late. No one contacted me to explain the delay. • DELIVERY: The materials promised that my car would be rinsed prior to delivery. It arrived with a layer of filth so thick that I was unable to assess the car for damage when taking delivery. Considering the fact that they required me to wash the car prior to pick-up so that they could assess it for damage, their failure to extend the same courtesy is unacceptable. • CUSTOMER SERVICE: The attitude of their customer service agents ranged from indifferent to downright hostile. One agent, when informed that my car was delivered filthy, openly laughed at my suggested resolution that they provide a complimentary car wash to compensate me. He then forwarded me to another employee’s voicemail. (That employee never called back)
Lesson learned: DO NOT ENTRUST YOUR MOST VALUABLE POSSESSION TO THIS COMPANY!
