The initial scheduling and pick up of my vehicle in San Diego was well arranged and very timely. The car was picked up within one week of first contacting Corey at A Across USA autotransport. The transport company that moved my vehicle was not as easy to communicate with. First they said that the car would be picked up on a Tuesday between 5 and 6 pm. But on the day itself they called to have the car picked up before 3 pm. After some discussion they could reschedule and pick up at 7 pm. The delivery also wasn't very easy, since they couldn't deliver my car to my house. I was under the impression that it was a door to door car transport, but apparently I had to pick the car up at some truck stop 30 minutes away from my house.

Thank you Adrian for taking the time to give us a review. However, the review was to be about our company, not the carrier. You gave us 4 stars four honesty, 4 stars for knowlegeable, 5 stars for hold times/promptness, and 4 stars for overall customer service. Yet you gave our company a 3 stars rating.(because of the carrier) It doesn't make a lot of sense, but thanks anyway for the review.
