I wanted to take a moment to let you know how pleased I am with your company and the drivers involved with transporting my car from Massachusetts to Florida. I had read complete horror stories all over the internet; however, after speaking with you and viewing your status at the BBB I decided to go with your service. I completed the form and in 24 hours received a call from a driver that the car would be picked up that day. I was amazed because I read that many times it takes weeks. The driver agreed to pick up the car from a different location than noted because since I didn't have much time I was already at work. I am sure I could of declined the pick up date, but I was anxious to get the process started. Mike, the driver met me and answered all my questions before doing a thorough exam of the vehicle and getting my signature. He advised that the car may arrive as early as Monday the following week.

Two days after the car was picked up I did contact Corey at USA Across America and let him know that I was trying to contact the driver with questions regarding arrival of the vehicle because the person picking up the car may not be available after Monday and was looking for a more specific ETA. Corey contacted the transport company and asked them to return my call asap. The driver did call me back and told me he felt arrival would be Monday. Two days later I had to contact the driver again and tell him arrival couldn't be before 3pm on that Monday and he assured me that wasn't a problem and would contact the person picking in up in plenty of time.

Monday evening around 4:30pm the car was delivered exactly as promised. I would definitely recommend your company in the future.
