I was really nervous about the whole thing. The more I read reviews on this site and see complaint history on BBB.org, I got confused. Finally I made my mind that I will go with a company who has better ratings on both of these sites and has no terrible reviews on Rippoff report. I picked A Across USA becuase I sent email msgs to people who wrote reviews and requested them to call me to share their experience. I received 4-5 call from people who had a better experience with company. I spoke to Jack few times and he explained me the procedure and answered my questions. My car arrived safely in New Orleans without any damage. The credit goes to A Across USA for picking a better trucking company "Martex Shuttle". Andrey from Martex Shuttle was very polite and was patient answering my questions. A Across USA and Martex Shuttle did wonderful job.
