My overall rating for this company is exceptional. Upon contacting this company, I was not actually promised a date of pick up. However, I was assured that dispatch would be in touch with me when a tranporter was located. I enter a contract and my vehicle was picked up the very next day. Three days later, my vehicle was delivered to me in Houston, Texas. The service was not only swift, but I found the representatives to be knowledgeable, courteous, and very patient with me as I asked MANY questions. I am a very satisfied customer, who will certainly keep this company's names in my rolodex. OH.... and did I say that the cost for shipping was AFFORDABLE!!!!!! I highly recommend A ACROSS USA AUTO TRANSPORT..... and I give them TWO TUMBS UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
