This makes the fourth time I have used AAcross and the first time there has been an incident. Brett provides first rate customer service. Follows up exactly when he says he will and makes his company shine.
I scheduled a pickup for my vehicle and because of a change in paperwork the driver was unable to pick up my car when scheduled. I was not charged a penalty for AAcross having to send a second driver which could have been the case. The driver, Max from Q-Express, spoke with an accent which was difficult to understand but he kept me apprised of his status along the route.
Unfortunately, the three-day delay in delivery was caused by a broken part to his carrier and there was nothing that could have been done to prevent this delay.
All in all another excellent experience. I highly recommend AAcross and Brett with whom I have had excellent experiences.
