As a "nervous nellie" first timer for third party auto transporting, I had heard all sorts of "Horror Stories" about this industry. "Ryan" and "Across USA Auto Transport" refuted all that I had feared. Phones were always answered, conversations were informative and courteous. Information and amended qoutes were confirmed within moments. On line order was confirmed almost instantly. Dispatch was notified as soon as the hauler had confirmed. Driver notification to seller was prompt, courteous and accurate. Picked up within an hour of schedule (LA Traffic), car was delivered the next day at the appointed time, with driver keeping me apprised of his progress. So much for horror stories. The order was sent on a Friday, the car was delivered the following Thursday, including a Monday Holiday
This firm impressed me. I would happily commend them to anyone who needs their services.
