They are so rude!

I'm surprised to see other people with my same situation.
We were fully billed 4/17/09 from my account $700. The scheduled pick up date is 4/23. We were told that the driver is running late by a day or so. Right then and there, John was already rude. 4/24, we called to confirm again, but couldn't get hold of Laura. We asked for a call back, but we did'nt get a call back, not even a courtesy call. So we called 4/25, a saturday to follow up. The whole time, we were calm and not irrationaly tempered at all. 4/27, we called again to know if they can pick up the car, John was so rude that he even managed to hung up on us. I called again very calm, to atleast probably get a more reasonable conversation, I was told that they're going to call if their driver calls.
We're leaving for Illinois soon, and it's already a hassle to be needing to rent a car for the few days that we won't be able to drive our own car when we get there.
I can't believe I got scammed! I was adviced by another shipping company to call my bank, then call the attorney general of new york!
