On March 6th, 2009 we got their name from the internet to transport my son's car from California to North Carolina. They told us it would be picked up on the 9th or 10th of March. They never came, they had one excuse after another why the car was not picked up. After a month we cancelled and wanted our money back because they could not follow through with the contract. They told us if we paid more money the car could be picked up. After calling them a couple times a week we finally got the first check, a full refund of the $810.00. Of course the check was uncollectable. another two weeks went by and they sent another check. Again it was no good. It is now June 9th. they still have our money, they have written two bad checks, This is my second report, they threatened me the last time I wrote one, and I took it off, they said I would get my money if I had it removed. but of course they didn't hold up their end of the agreement. Now they have broken the law.
