DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Save your hard earned money. This is the absolute BIGGEST SCAM. I called on Tuesday June 15 for a pick-up and was told there was a cancellation on a truck Thursday and my car would be picked up Thursday the 17 or Friday the 18. I left my car at a friends house because I was moving across country. My car was picked up from my friends 2 weeks later, July 2. When called to ask/complain about what was taking so long I was screamed at by Ed or John, whatever his name is and was treated with such disrespect. Every time I calledto find out what was taking so long I kept being told 2 more days, so I would call 2 days later and be told the same thing, 2 more days. This happened repeatedly. When my car was finally picked up it was moved to a holding facility. Once a week I call and am told my car should be delivered to me the middle to the end of the next week, so I patiently wait 5 days and called back, again I am told the same thing. I have been waiting for my car for 8 weeks now. If I had the money to cancel and hire another company I would. I'm out of options. My savings is gone and my credit cards are maxed out due to this move. My current part-time job is not even enough to cover my bills. I have already borrowed money from my elderly grandparents so I can feed myself. I have contacted the NY Attorney Generals Office and filed a complaint. I will be getting intouch with LV police tomorrow to report my car stolen.If anyone has any ideas on how to get these scumbags to deliver me my car, PLEASE HELP. Tell your friends, Tell everyone you know not to use this piece of shit company.
