DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID

Coming home from Iraq serving in the Marines I needed my vehicle moved from Michigan to California. We came across A eastern connections via Internet. I arranged the move on Nov 5 2008, Pickup date was Nov 7. My check was cleared on the 9th of November without any service being provided. Then they told me they wouldn't pick my vehicle up until I faxed a contract to them, even though they had already cleared my check for $840. Every time I had called to talk to someone they would tell me to call back later, or hang up on me, they always had rude and abrasive attitudes. Not one time have I been able to reach a manager, even after asking numerous times. No professionalism and definitely no concern for their customers. After over 4 months I have still received no refund or any help from the business. I am now vehicle less in Southern California trying to maintain bills thanks to A Eastern Connections. Man I’m glad I spent 7 months serving in Iraq for liars and cheats.
Not only are they liars and cheats but the day after I posted this review originally in February the customer service representative called me. They then told me they would direct deposit the money in my account after I deleted my review. These people are extortionist now also. And again they continued to give me the run around. After a long 4 months I finally received a refund. Please don’t make the same mistake I did.
