I signed up with these guys to ship 2 cars from San Diego, CA to Philadelphia, PA in June 2008. They were quick to take the money from my bank account, but never provided the service. During a time that is stressful enough as it is, they take advantage of people. After the initial window for pickup that they gave me had passed, I started calling to inquire. When I told them I was worried that it would not be picked up by the time I left San Diego, they told me I should just leave the keys in the car, and the driver would just pick it up on the street. GREAT IDEA!

After doing more research on the company, I finally figured out that they are scam artists. They hide in the fine print a $250 administrative fee, and have no plan to ever honor their contract. Their game is to frustrate the customer, and get them to cancel. Then they can keep the money! When I figured that out from a couple of other people who wrote in to this site, I wrote them a letter demanding my full money back. Now three months later, I haven't seen any of it. I just sent off my complaint to the Nassau County District Attorney, to work toward getting my $1850 back!

This is one time when you just need to go with a company with lots of good reviews and pay a little more for it. Don't go for the low ball offer!!!! I finally used Angels Moving Autos because of their numerous good reviews on this site, and they came through with flying colors!
