This was/is the worst experience of my life!!! DO NOT USE THEM no matter how nice they may sound on the phone DO NOT USE THEM! My husband now in the Marine Corps for 10 years got short orders cross country so we didn't have time to waste. They seemed very nice in the beginning until they got our money. We were told our vehicles would be picked up on a Thursday or Friday and that the driver would call atleast 6 hours prior to picking our vehicles up. Thursday out curiousity I called to see if they had any updated information because we needed to go asap. They had no info and said they were waiting for a call in from the driver and would contact me as soon as they heard any news. No call back. So Friday I figured I would try again as we wanted to leave as soon as they picked up. They said the driver had truck problems and wouldn't be there until Saturday sometime, I told the girl I was upset and this was b.s. My husband has a timeline and she hung up on me. I decided to give them a call back a few hours later but wouldn't you guess they were closed. Even though if you read their website it clearly states:

Telephone Scheduling 24 Hours a Day, 7 Days a Week

Oh but that's only someone who you can give a phone # to unless they want to take your money. And on the website they do advertise that they accept Visa M/C AE and Discover

By Saturday we had to go and decided to drive two and tow one. Cross country with 2 kids. And would you guess 2 weeks later someone finally calls to say they'll be out to pick up my vehicles in 3 days and that they were never around my area when the truck broke down. I told them I didn't need the service any longer that we had to transport the vehicles ourselves that we couldn't wait.

***Since then I have gotten a refund thru my bank and they are still trying to charge my account for the full amount***

I did not cancel, they never showed. So today I call A Eastern Connection dba "BLUE KNIGHT" and they tell me that someone did go out to pick up my vehicles but they weren't there and that I hired another transporter. Then said I would have to pay the $250 cancellation fee. I'M NOT CANCELLING!!! YOU DIDN"T PROVIDE THE SERVICE! Why give someone a timeline if you're not going to do it in that time? So I tell him I didn't cancel and he asks ok are your cars ready we can come pick them up. Didn't he just say I had someone else transport them? Why would I want him to pick them up? And if I did I probably wouldn't see them again. He then continues to tell me not to pull this crap with him that he'll take it to the top and hangs up on me. Not the first time from this company.
