My Husband was in california in October and he wanted his mothers car transported to washington state. In the mean time the car is parked at a friends house waiting to be picked up by a-eastern connection. Well we got a call from his friend and he said that the transporter didnt pickt it up, so my husband called the transport company and they said they would pick it up on wenesday, so we waited. Nothing came of that so we called them again and they said friday. Nothing. We called his freind again and the car is still sitting there. Hubby said they needed his rouitng number for his checking aacount. So they took out $780.00 from his account and then we thought it the car would be delivered. Nothing. Another week went buy and we called them and they said it wouldbe here friday. Nothing. And then they took another $780.00 out of our checking account. They billed us twice. the car wa supposed to be here on Ocotber 22,2008 and car is still in california. Hubby called to find out about the car, and soemone answered and then another person was on the phone, and his name is John. A rude crude dude. He was nasty to my husband. My husband asked him why he was being mean to him, but he never answered why he was. My husband went to our bank and cancelled our order with them so we now have our money back. its horrible what they did to us. They are theives and rude on ther phone. Please look for reviews when you look for a transporter. We made that mistake by not looking. Beware of these nasty people. And thank you Lynn B. We will get ahold of the attorney generals office they need to be stopped from ripping people off.
