They ripped off my parents. Their check was cashed immediately in Jan 05 for a transport to take place in April. Date came and went: "Don't have a truck available. It will be a few days; a week." Nothing. They hadn't even picked up the car two weeks late after my parents had already returned home 1200 miles away. They had to use another company to and made numerous attempts to get their $675 back from this rip-off one. "Check will be mailed next weeK."It's in the mail." "Oh, we mailed that last week." "We mailed that months ago."
Check www.bbb.org Palm Beach County, FL office. Their website reports numerous complaints, no response by company.
I have contacted the US Department of Transportation (regarding licensing issues) and the Palm Beach County State's Attorney's Office to determine if criminal charges can be filed. Date: September 2005. I am a former criminal prosecutor and I am not going to let them get away with this.
