When checking on line for quotes from different companies, I found A+Magical to be the most helpful. April was able to explain from start to finish the process. She made it so simple. April took all the worry and stress from the process. I never had to pay a deposit until the day the truck was picked up by the Carrier. Then I received e-mails stating the agreed upon deposit would be debited from my account, and a second e-mail with the receipt for the withdrawl.
When the truck arrives the additional money will be paid in cash to the driver. Viktor was the driver. I was impressed when we met him. His hauler was clean, and it was top of the line equipment. The driver was very respectful, extended his hand to us when introducing himself. His appearance neat and clean. He told us he would be dropping 2 cars off after he loaded our vechicle, and another stop in Cincinnati on Saturday morning, and would be headed to Washington State. He said the truck should arrive by Tuesday, but no later than Friday.
Also April from A+Magical said she would call and keep us posted as to where the truck was in its journey.
I would recommend A+ Magical to anyone.
