I found that this company was well represented by Anthony M. Anthony was very prompt in returning calls in clarification of pick up times and ensuring the driver was notified to be more effective in his communication of pick up times. That was very appreciated and good customer service. I felt assured that all would work out great and it did. The professionalism of the driver was great and he took time to explain the process and that was appreciated. My father passed away on 8-22-09 and his vehicle was being delivered to a daughter in California. This company recognized the emotion stress and worries with this vehicle, and honored everything and earned the high review. I would recommend this company to anyone.
