Before I went with A Plus Auto Carriers, I shopped around A LOT for Auto Transporters. One of the companies who gave me a price quote was A Plus Auto Carriers. After thinking about it and shopping around for a few weeks, I followed my intuition and went with A Plus Auto Carriers. I love thier service because from the Initial Contact, Anthony, who was my contact person, was so helpful, he educated me on how car transporting works and gave me an estimated time of pick up time and arrival time. My car was scheduled to be picked up on Feb. 26, but the driver came to pick it up on the 25th, which was perfectly fine with me.
Now here's the best part, I wasn't expecting my car until March 10th, and when the driver called me on my cell phone on March 2 to let me know that my car is already in California, my jaw just about dropped to my stomach, because I am so so so impressed with the service. I was still in New Jersey on March 2nd and was due to fly out to California on March 3rd. When I arrived in California, my car was also delivered to me later in the evening after I arrived.
I would absolutely recommend this car shipping company over any other. The customer service and I am still shocked until now, I don't even know what to say. Use A Plus Auto Carriers, the service really says it on their name, A PLUS!! I give them AAAAA+++++ on their service, integrity, honesty, ethics, business practices, price, and of course, the people are so nice to you. They treat your car as if it's their own.
