In this particular Transport, we had a big truck problem which delayed all of our customers' vehicles for over one week. Over twenty customers were affected by this, and they were all patient and understanding enough to comprehend the thousands of dollars we lost because of this problem. When we spoke to Jae regarding this order, he told us that he would remove this rating if we delivered the vehicle on the Monday after a week of delay, we paid extra money for our driver to take another truck and deliver asap. He never removed the rating as he had said he would. Our company does not want to delay people's vehicles, however, in this industry there are no guarantees, and we asked Jae to give us credit for working so hard to deliver the vehicle asap, but neither Jae nor his boss stood by their word, which really hurts us because, we are trying to help them move their vehicle, and they are just hurting our company.
