The Car of my boss has been picked up last 3th to be delivered in CA and havent even departured Florida Yet. ( 4/15 )

History:
- 7th I called just to follow up, they told me the Truck got stuck and would be delivering by friday 11th. I said ok, only 1 day of delay is totaly understandable.
- 10th I called again to check the delivery time, for my surprise what happened? The truck has broken down, NOBODY called me to notify that means customer service 0!!! And my car should be in Ca on 17th.
- 15th Totaly pissed I'm calling them and the oonly answer so far is: " There is nothing that we can do, the truck has broken down. Thats the industry"
- When my car is supposed to be there?

I think they need to learn how to work, first of all no matter what happen with the car or in any situation, the HONESTY is the best!! If something happened I would have to be the first person to be notified!

They just protect themselves with the excuse " thats the industry, we dont do promisses "
UNIQUE will be responsable for my car rent in CA, its been more than 1600 dolars that i spent.
I didnt sign any contract!

Unique is really unique, never seen company like this.

In this particular Transport, we had a big truck problem which delayed all of our customers' vehicles for over one week. Over twenty customers were affected by this, and they were all patient and understanding enough to comprehend the thousands of dollars we lost because of this problem. When we spoke to Jae regarding this order, he told us that he would remove this rating if we delivered the vehicle on the Monday after a week of delay, we paid extra money for our driver to take another truck and deliver asap. He never removed the rating as he had said he would. Our company does not want to delay people's vehicles, however, in this industry there are no guarantees, and we asked Jae to give us credit for working so hard to deliver the vehicle asap, but neither Jae nor his boss stood by their word, which really hurts us because, we are trying to help them move their vehicle, and they are just hurting our company.
