I orginally contracted withAlex Whitaker at All American Auto Transport to ship my truck from Hawaii to Jacksonville on 5/23/08, BIG MISTAKE!!!! I dropped truck off to Matson in Hawaii and it arrived in Long Beach on 6/6/08. It sat there and All American promised to have it to me by 6/29/08 and never picked it up or call me to tell me that they wer're going to pick it up.

I called A Unique Transport upset, nervous and mad. They didn't require a deposit and offered to pay for storage fees and I could pay them back once I received my truck. After not receiving any return calls from AAA, I called Mike and he said he could pick the truck up on 7/3/08 from Matson and have it on the road to me on 7/4/08 and delivered within 10 days. I received calls from the driver while he was on the road and received my truck in mint condition in 4 days!!!

I am thankful to A Unique Transport and it's employees for their kindness and caring in making sure that we received our truck after our awful experience with Alex Whitaker and Debbie at All American Auto Transport. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to peers that are also relocating from Hawaii.
