We have been in the trucking industry for over 14 years in which all of our drivers have over three years experience with us. Never have we seen anything even close to as to how absurd this review is.
To begin with, the vehicle was abandoned on the street by the customers angry ex-girlfriend. She had stuffed the vehicle with his person belongings. Mr Pardo did not even know that the vehicle was inoperable until we notified him during pickup. The customer was unaware of what was in the vehicle because he was not present when the vehicle was picked up. Before picking up the vehicle, we asked him to name some of the items placed in the vehicle to resolve weight issues but the customer was unable to name what was in the vehicle because he did not load the car.
We agreed to meet Mr. Pardo at a local Ralph's parking lot because it would be easier for him to find the location. Also, our office does not allow walk-ins for liability issues nor is it open to the public. We feel as if we went out of our way to help the customer in every way possible.
After seeing the review, our Claims Department completed a thorough investigation. The vehicle's doors were locked and the windows had no damage whatsoever. All of our drivers have multiple years of experience with our company and they are all AADT certified.
