I apolizied many times over for the inconvenience. We had a driver who changed his route...I called you three days prior to the pick up date to inform you of the situation. You asked me to refund your deposit...I did and told you I would continue to work on it. I was able to find you a driver the very next morning at the same rate I quoted and you declined.
