This was a mis- communication that could have easily been avoided if the customer would have called us when the open carrier arrived. Instead he agreed to have it shipped via open carrier, not mentioning a word until it was delivered. He paid the driver and then demanded that we discount his shipping. This was brought to the attention of the BBB and they sided with us as is reflected in our rating with the BBB.
