When I hired A1 Auto Logistics I paid the entire amount of $1050 on my crredit card. After six weeks of inactivity I canceled my contract with A1 and hired another transport company. I was sent a nice note of apology from Adam at A1 that he was not able to transport my vehicle in a more timely fashion and that my deposit would be credited to my credit card within 1-7 business days. My concern is not that my vehicle wasn't moved but rather that it is been over a month and still have not received a credit. I have sent emails and left phone messages with no response. I have had no other recourse but to hire a lawyer in the hopes of ever seeing my money returned.
