NEVER PICKED UP! WON"T REFUND OR RETURN CALLS

I called over 10 days ago for a pick up from San Diego to San Francisco. The first pick up came with out any notice to me. I needed at least a few hours to arrange for a rent a car. So I asked them to come back. They never did. They are now avoiding my calls and will not refund my money. I am looking into another company.

It's unreal that an 8 hour drive could take longer than 10 days with no pick-up.

They also came back in at the highest price. I figured to use them because of the sale pitch on the phone and how "Reliable" they sound.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
