14 days and my car hasn't even been picked up at their terminal. I emailed several times about my status and have been given different information.
The companies customer service is the worst. They have my money, my car, and still hasn't arrived. Very unsatisified with this being my first time working with them. I could've got a plane ticket and picked up and drive back and forth two times by now. Save your time, money, and a headache and use some other shipping company.
