UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!

After reading the current reviews I feel like a dumbass. Me and my wife are PCSing to JBLM, WA and were in need of an auto shipper. Due to the fact of the rate change with our usual shipper Discount Auto Shippers we decided to go with a much cheaper shipper A-1 (HUGE MISTAKE). We explained that our vehicle had to be picked up at the latest on the 28th of the month, here it is the 29th as I write this disturbing tale. My wife called Scott on the morning of the 27th to confirm the time of pickup on the confirmed date. To our surprise she was reminded that there was a three day pickup window, however when speaking to Scott weeks ago she had stated that the very latest of pickup would be the 28th, So because our flights aren't tell the 30th she had informed him our car needed to be picked up no later than the 29th. With that being said, long story cut short they never called, when we called them, Scott explained that he was going to call when a driver was in the area. I asked him when was that going to be? He quoted, " I'm not sure, you are the only car in the Ft. Knox area and no one wants to drive there just for one car. If it was three or four cars to pick up then it would make a nicer load, so I couldn't tell you when your car will be picked up". At this time I truly wanted to vomit, thank God, I called Discount Auto Shippers before and confirmed a drop off and pickup location, or else my flights would have been rescheduled and we would be out of more money due to hotel expenses, waiting for a truck that was never coming. Last he even had the nerve to ask for a cancellation thru email, REALLY? DONT EVER GO THRU THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!PLEASE. Pay the extra money for your comfort.
