The rate quoted (and collected in full up front) was considerably higher than that charged by others (who only require a deposit, with the balance paid on delivery). The promises made were not kept ("the driver will call and give you 24 hours notice of the pickup"). The job was mistakenly (or purposely?) cancelled by A-1. And the refund was made after a mere 38 days and several calls. I would rather sell a car than call these people again. What a joke!
