Do not use these guys to move, ANYTHING. They told me they'd pick it up on Jan 9, they finally got it on the 14th, and I had to deliver it to them cause they didn't have a driver, even though they have their own trucks, don't believe them. I expected pickup at my house, rather had to take it to a parking lot off the freeway to meet the driver, he never showed, so I had to lock the vehicle and leave it, hoping he'd actually pick it up. I paid for pickup, didn't get it, wanted a refund, didn't get that either. I was told I'd have my truck in 14 days, it showed up in 35 days, and numerous phone calls to find out what was going on. No one ever knew what was going on and their web site was never up to date, nor did they call me before anything happened; I had to call them every time. And when my car finally arrived, instead of it arriving on a flatbed truck, it was being towed by a flatbed truck, from California to NV! To do that I guess they had to disconnect the speed sensor cause my check engine light was on which I had to get fixed, which caused me to have to rent a car, again. And they had to rebuild my rear end completely (under warranty fortunately), could that have been caused by them also; who knows, they wouldn't tell you the truth if they knew it. I did file a claim for rebursment of some of my expenses and the rental car due to them disconnecting the speed sensor, got nothing. Because if you file a claim, be sure you have more than $5,000 in damages or cost, cause that's the deductible! This is a totally unprofessional company with rude, dishonest people. I will tell everyone I ever meet to NOT use this company.
