We chose A1 to transport us from Va to Tx because they guaranteed a pick up and delivery. Lies all lies. Picked up our van 5 days late. 14+ days after pick up my van is still in Maryland awaiting delivery. The company is rude and dishonest. Every time we called they said your van will be shipped out tomorrow. This happened 5 times. Then after speaking with a terminal manager she told me they guarantee nothing. My van was picked up 10-8-04 and she told me I may be lucky to get it in November. I have a 6 mo old daughter with health complications and she has routine doctor appointments. this has complicated matters greatly. They told me this was not their problem. I asked them to release my vehicle for another company to pick-up. My reply was..."that will be a $250 cancel fee ontop of payment for everyday my car sat on their lot awaiting shipment. I told her I was getting a lawyer and calling BBB and she laughed at me. Told me to be quiet and listen to her. I was told I'll get my car when I get it!" do not use this company they have made my move miserable. This is an awful experience.
