Submitted Order - Never recived confirmation.
E-mailed for status - Never received reply.
Finally talked to someone - Very terse and not at all helpful.
My wife talked to the same person - Again very rude.
E-mailed for status - Never received reply.
Called, asked for supervisor - Complained about other person and was transferred TO THE VERY SAME HORRIBLE PERSON.
Talked to that person - Again very rude and not helpful.
Asked to cancel order and get money back - Was told, "That's probably for the best." Did not even try to help.

So now I'm waiting for my refund
