I had chosen them since they were member of BBB but I was mistaken. I had paid the entire money upfront & yet my car was not picked up for 3 weeks! Inquiries with their people yielded no results. More ofthen than not, I could only leave a message & got a return call only once. After 3 weeks when the driver was assigned, he called off the order after a week. I was so upset with them, I cancelled the order & went to Ben in Speciality Auto Transport Speciality.
