The driver was excellent and I could not ask for a more prompt, well mannered person. Sales dept did their job well. I got the feeling like the customer service dept thought they were doing me a favor instead of realizing I could of called numerous other transporters. In general the job got done well. I did not use satellite tracking. The driver that transported my 2 vehicles was excellent and should be recognized and rewarded. He was very careful in every way with a car that I inherited. I was nervous about transporting but after watching him load and work around the car it helped me not worry as much.
