worst customer service and very rude !!!!

These F*ckers are very rude , they said they will pick up the vehicle and deliver it within 2 days after pick up and charged me much higher price than others as it was expedite shipping but when they picked after 1 day of given date still promised to deliver it with in 2 days.

For all these there is no paper work at all .when I asked for, they simply said that I will get an email of the agreement copy but I haven't!!! and all the days they kept on giving excuses when I asked for the delivery and agreement papers.

The main guy Andrew , he also said that 100$ will be deposit which is from card and rest will be CHEQUE / cash/MO but when the vehicle delivered the guy who got the car is not ready to take cheque at all and demanded cash only and threatened me for extra charges for waiting , till I go and get cash out of the ATM.
Not only this , the guy named Dave is so rude to talk and he threatened me to take the vehicle back to its pick up place when I asked him for the discount as they failed to deliver the vehicle on time , I would be happy if these guys would have delivered my vehicle at least after a day or 2 days from the promised date but no they delivered after 5 days..F*cking 5 Days!!!

worst customer service I have seen in my life and no one answers the call , I have to dial 10-15 times and when they pick up they say they will call back but they wont!!!

After the delivery , my windshield wiper liquid pump is not working as they messed up with the lower part of vehicle where the pump connection on the vehicle generally located.
