I had never used this company before so I didn't know what to expect, but they were great. Pickup and delivery times were as promised. Transport driver stayed in touch with me the whole way. The drivers are all independent contractors and these moves are bid out. Your experience will depend on how conscientious the driver is, e.g. answers his cell phone, updates you on his progress, etc. Our guy happened to be great.
