Ist time transporting a car. Jon explained the process to me and what to expect. He met all my expectations. The driver was a bit rude and cranky when he delivered the car at 6:30am and I wasn't ready with his cash. But, he didn't give me sufficient notice. Jon handled the situation professionally and asked the driver to come back later to pick up his money and ensure that all parties were satisfied.
