My Insurance called A-1. They called on a Friday (must be Pizza Day) and they were told A-1 only accepts claims on Tue. and Thur. (good one). They said the California Dept.of Insurance would like to here this. They denied my claim (send for my pictures if you would like to see the damage of $4,980.00). I turned it over to my Insurance and they can deal with these CHEATS! Do not ever use A-1 and make sure your car is Insured by your company before you ship it with any company. They always tell you how many cars they ship. I would like to know how many claims they come through on....This is the first time I have ever posted a review about any company. I felt I had to get the word out about A-1... shipping times 9-14 days in Dog years.
