Did my order to pick up my 1930 Model A Street rod on Oct. 15th. Waited patiently while listening to numerous excuses and non-returned calls for over a month. Finally cancelled my order and went with Specialty Mobile Systems - five days later Specialty picked my car up and I had my baby the day before Thanksgiving! My car has been picked up by another excellent carrier and delivered and A1 still hasn't given me back my $200 service (or lack of service) fee and it's December 10th!
