I had a very bad experience with this company. First they increase the rate from the original quote and there was more than two days delay and I could not got any update from them. Also they used my car and the gas tank was half empty and the car was so dirty. Also they did not pickup or deliver to the actual address and when I asked for refund on the gas was used and the two days delay and the gas used, the guy said I am extorting him. Bye the way the truck driver did not deny that he used the car simply he kept silent when we called him. DO NOT Believe these positive reviews they all paid for as $25. They are many other honest companies with much better service. The irony is they provided a bad service and the dispatching department guy (rude) want a positive review.
