Dishonest thieves

DO NOT use this company they are thieves! They did not ship my car, never touched it! Never even made a date to ship it and they took my money and will not give it back! I have called Lisa countless times and she won't call me back. I am in the process of reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, I am making a consumer report, reporting them on ripoff report and I am going to continue to try to get my money back from them; until I do, you will continue to see my posts daily on their review page. Consumers we should not stand for this. I am a very fair and logical person. It does not make sense for them to take (in my opinion it's actually stealing) my money when they provided me with absolutely NOTHING.

alyssa obrian placed order, than called to cancel, although her car was dispatched and she refused the truck we found for her the same day her order was placed. Although we have explained to her that when you place an order we do our job quickly and efficiently to find a carrier ASAP , changing your mind does not constitute calling us dishonest. Her credit card company has spend much time explaining this to her as well. Alyssa we hope you realize when you place an order, it is a serious business to us, and we take our job quite seriously, please remember this next time and do not waste our time or that of our carriers!
