This was the worst experience I have ever had working with ANY reputable company.

I ordered a shipping of my SUV two months ahead of the scheduled pick up date and spoke to the representative (Lisa) on the phone several times to make sure everything was in order as I was going to be leaving the country and wanted to make sure everything would go smoothly.

The day before it was to be picked up Lisa told me the shippers needed a day or two window for pickup and it was common to leave the car at a hotel and the keys with the owner, so I left my car at a hotel in Boston as I flew to Europe.

Ten days later my car was still at the hotel as it had not been picked up. Lisa claimed that the shipping companies were busy (she had obviously not arranged the pick up ahead of time as was her job) and she needed an extra $200.00 to deliver the car. At this point her quote was already above that of her competitors. I told Lisa I would give her $100 more but the other $100 should come out of her pocket since she did not do her job and had already left my car unattended (and had NOT contacted me to let me know what was going on).

THREE WEEKS LATER the car was finally picked up and another week later it was delivered. The person delivering it requested an extra 200 dollars which proved that Lisa had not lived up to her end of the bargain.

In the end I was forced to pay an extra $200.00 for a service that left my car unattended, lied to me, didn't contact me and delivered my car three weeks late. They are the epitome of a sleazy, dishonest company.

This customer stuffed over 400 lbs of personal items inside the car. When carrier arrived and saw what was inside he told customer it would be an extra $200 to transport, as carrier was being put overweight. Carriers go through federal weight stations and get fined when their trucks are over the weight limit. Customer AGREED to this. This was an agreement between customer and carrier and we had nothing to do with this. Carrier could not even see out of the window of the car when he was loading on his truck. Customer is not telling the whole story.
