Carrier asked if customer could pay $25.00 more to move his car. We, as the broker do not make another penny; we called Mr. Osborne and asked him if he'd give the driver the additional $25 to move the car. He responded with an eager "YES", signed and faxed over a new shipping order and said it was still the cheapest price of all the quotes he received and seemed happy. No surprises, except that he posted a negative review, despite getting his car moved for a great price with timely service; just goes to show you can't satisfy everyone no matter how hard you try:)
