I was in quest online to find a car moving place that would transport my car from Louisiana, to California. I called over two weeks in advanced since I saw on there quote that they were one of the cheapest companies. I spoke to an excellent sales person by the name of Joe Restrepo. I told him that I had a flight to catch on 9-08-07, and needed my car up to that date, Mind you it was over two weeks before I had to leave.

He ensured me that there would be no problem. When I first contacted AA I was unsure about the dates because I only had one car down here. The only reason why I went them is because I didn't feel like driving cross country 6 1/2 months pregnant.

Nevertheless I called and called, the customer service people were extremly rude and nasty. No consideration for individuals perdicaments or preference. I knew that this order had to be completed before time so I could find an reliable driver, Joe assured that to me.

When they did call they never left a message until today when the dispatch called saying that they had a driver that wanted my car on the next morning and he wanted $600.00, on COD. I told the dispatch that, that was not going to be a good match and she became very hostil. I asked her why was she yelling at me, and I told her well if this is going to be an issue maybe I should go to another company, she stated that nobody was going to pick up my vehicle 3 days from the day I am leaving. I stated I have been trying to get this booked for more 2 weeks. Your company always told me that it was to early to schedule a pick up, and that you don't book pick ups until the week of. Again if this is going to be an issue maybe AA is not for me and I need to find another company? These are her words, "Maybe You Should"!!. I hung up.

I got more calls today from them; then when I first contacted AA. I talked to Joe and he heard the way the lady from customer service talked to me. I talked to one of the supervisors he asked stupid questions to try to pin the blame on me, like I am ignorant. Long story short I cancelled the contract because they were unable to meet my standards and could not book me because I wouldn't pay more for a driver that would pick my car up early next day, but would be a total inconvenience for me. They charged my credit card $100.00.

Before I wrote this posting I read all the people who had similar experiences with this company, all I can say is if more then one person is describing your company a way and every complaint is the same, it can't always be the customers fault.

If it walk like a duck, talk like a duck, then it must be a duck!!

One more thing,

AA I know your going to make a comment, instead of typing lies to make your company look good; Why don't you upload all the initial conversations from the customers that claim to had bad experiences with your company, then we can review those and come to a conclusion of who is lying and who is telling the truth.

Ms. Suttle agreed in writing to make her vehicle available for pickup 9/5/07 – 9/11/07. We had an interested carrier for pickup during that period, but Ms. Suttle did not honor her agreement and would only release the vehicle on one day - 9/8/07. She cancelled her order, incurring a $100 cancellation fee, which was disclosed in writing in the contract she signed.
