AA Auto & Home Movers brokered my auto transport with Mobile Transport, Inc. in Spokane, WA. They delivered my car with a broken front bumper. After approximately 20 calls over the course of the first four weeks following delivery of my car I was finally able to speak with Tom. Ultimately, Tom was unable to have any paper work in front of him and would always promise to call me back. After 5 different conversations which were always the same: Tom stating he would call me back, I told Tom that I would be willing to wait for him to get any paperwork he needed. That is where he hung up on me.

Now that I see all the reviews of AA Auto and Mobile Transport, I can't believe I used them in the first place. Never again will I make that mistake.

Ultimately I will eat the approximately $650 worth of damage and not waste any more time thinking about how unprofessional and frustrating this whole experience has been.
