Do not I repeat do not sign an order of service with AA Auto & Home Movers. Their sales person presented me with multiple price quotes and then assured me that my vehicle would be delivered within a specific timefarame for the highest quote. I made sure that I added the timeframe for delivery which their sales person said would take place to the order of service prior to signing it. The company then told me the name of the company that would pick up and transport my car.

The man that showed up to pick up my car told me that he was not the carrier that AA Auto told me would get the car. Instead he was with a local towing company. He then proceeded to tell me that he was just the middle man sent to pickup the car for the company AA Auto booked. He also said I needed to sign a contract for pick up....here's where the bait and switch/ breach of contract takes place. This new contract says the car will not necessarily arrive at the time the sales person for AA Auto told me. I paid more money because their sales person assured me that he could get the car delivered within a specific timeframe. I called AA Auto and their dispatch is supossedly clueless. I then speak to customer service, who says the salesperson was wrong the price was just to have the car picked up not delievered. Funny that's not what the email from their salesperson said. I send them the email and they refuse to honor their end of the agreement. If they were not going to have the car delivered within the time frame the salesperson said and that I added to the contract before signing, they should have contacted me after reviewing my service agreement and told me that they would not follow through with the agreement. They shouldn't have dispatched anyone to pick up my car.

I tried to work the issue out with AA Auto & Home Movers. The sales person Brian O'Neil was mysteriously not available and never called me back. Customer service was rude, and the company ignored the email that I sent back to them that clearly states that their salesman said the car would be delivered within 4-5 days . Of course I wouldn't sign a second contract, because once you sign it AA Auto & Home Movers says they consider their services to be complete according to the order agreement. I sent them a letter telling them that they breached the service agreement therefore I was canceling their services. They then charged my card per the contract, which is no longer enforceable because they breached it. You can't say part of the contract is enforceable and another part is not enforceable. You also can not use duress to make a contract valid. (Example: We're going to charge you for canceling services that we didn't do according to the agreement....or We're going to keep your downpayment no matter what you decide.)

This company is engaging in deceptive business practices and will not take responsibility for the action of their salespeople. A deceptive trade practice action and breach of contract case needs to take place.
