I wish I checked this website before. Very dishonest non-professional people. The representative told me on the phone "we have our own trucks" which was a lie because he is a broker. He also guaranteed door-to-door pick up so I put a $325 dollars deposit. The surprise was on the pick-up day when the truck driver called me and said he is an hour away from Pittsburgh and asked me to meet him at the mall or Walmart super-center. Excuse me!! I live in downtown Pittsburgh and to drive to Walmart super-center or to the mall I need an hour or so in the current traffic (two bridges and one tunnel) and have already a flight to catch. I called the company and asked them about the door-to-door service. The representative said it is in the contract: in case of restricted road, the customer needs to meet the driver in open area" I told him the driver is one hour away from Pitt and has not seen the area or the residency street yet which is wide street by the way, so how come he is assuming it is a restricted road? Here he said if I do not drive to meet the driver he will cancel the contract and the deposit will not be refundable. I lost my deposit and had to cancel my flight reservation. This is a fraudulence and I have already reported them to BBB.
