AA Automovers does the job as promised

The sales staff was professional and knowledgable. I used them to ship both of my cars. They had each car picked up within the time window as promised and delivered each car in a timely manner. I had the first car picked up within a 3-day window, and the second within a 5-day window. There were additional fees for my SUV (being a heavier car) and for the smaller time window. I gladly paid the additional fees knowing this carrer is contracted with several transporters and that they would pick up my car as promised.

The only reason I gave the company a Very Good rating rather than an Excellent rating is that the Customer Service department failed to return my messages asking for a receipt to be mailed to me. I had to make several phone calls after the shipping of the first car before I finally got someone to fax the receipt to me. After the second car was shipped, I emailed and left voice messages, but Customer Service did not return my email or messages. It turns out they had mailed my receipt; they just hadn't bothered calling me back to let me know.
