Once AA Automovers place the order with you, you will NEVER hear from them again. They hire small, random, irrespsonsible truck movers to move your vehicle, and when they end up damaging yor vehicle, they will completely dodge your phone calls!

The company they hired was IFA Transport. The company arrived earlier than anticipated, giving me only two hours notice to pack my car. IFA delivered my car 10 hours later than expected due to a "flat tire." Come to find out, they scratched both back doors and tried to cover it up with spray paint!

I have contacted IFA Transport over four times so far to deal with this matter and each time I am told that someone (Sergio) would call me back, yet I have not received a phone call.

I have contacted AA Automovers over six times, through email and phone calls, and NO response for weeks! I called back the other day, and after the typical run around, I was told by a "customer service" rep that I was "barking up the wrong tree," they were "too busy" to deal with my situation, and hung up on me!

I contacted BBB, in which AA Automovers told them they sent me an email and left me a voicemail with insurance information, which is a COMPLETE LIE. They did NOT reach out with any insurance information. $1500 worth of damages they do not want to take responsibility for.

Horrible customer service!!!! They do not care about your items. I warn you NOT to use this company!!!
