Lies and fraud!!!!

Ralph B contacted me after a search on the internet. I told him my time frame and after much "talking" to dispatch and "checking with the driver" he told me if I would sign the contract and give the driver an extra 100 dollars, I would get my car picked up and delivered on time. Of course the 100 dollars was added into the total and when I contacted the driver,(who is one man with a truck, not a trucking company as the name and emails infer,) he had no knowledge of the time frame or extra money. After waiting two days and many calls to Ralph Bienavitas who NEVER returned my calls, I told the truck driver that there was no way I was paying 200 dollars extra since the time frame was not met. Ralph first quote was $985 and went up to 1200 with the extra services. (pick up and delivery on specific days) I have called this company until my fingers are numb and nobodys home! Basically, Ralph Bienavitas lied. Do not use these brokers!!!!!! And the trucker said he would not unload my car unless I gave him the money. DO NOT USE THESE BROKERSSSS! Find another BROKER!!!!!

Ms. Hoffammann has misrepresented the facts. There were no calls to her sales associate Ralph after she booked her order. We are open six days a week and have an answering system for when we are closed. No messages were left by Ms. Hoffammann. She signed an order for a total price of $1200 for pickup 5/28 through 5/30. We dispatched her vehicle for pickup within the pickup window, which is what we were hired to do. We do not provide delivery times as we do not transport the vehicle and only the transport company can provide estimated delivery. The transport company was a licensed, insured carrier with a DOT MC registration. The transport company arranged for pickup with the pickup contact; Ms. Hoffammann called the transport company and cancelled the pickup.
